Overview

Share the food that you serve to all of your customers from your website. The Restaurant Menu widget lets you share your menu with your website visitors. Include images, descriptions, and pricing for your dishes to appeal to your visitors' stomaches. Automatically import your menu using your Locu or SinglePlatform account, build an entirely new menu, or upload your menu from a CSV. Hungry customers will appreciate being able to quickly and easily find what they are looking for.

Guide

Add the restaurant menu widget onto your responsive website. To learn more about adding widgets to your website, see Adding Widgets.

After the widget has been placed, the Content Editor will appear.

Considerations

How do I change my restaurant menu?

You can change the behavior of the restaurant menu in a few ways:

  1. If your menu's being imported from Locu or SinglePlatform, go to the platform in question and change the restaurant menu there. Doing this requires you to have a subscription with the platform in question.

  2. Delete that menu and build one from scratch. To create a new menu, simply click and drag the restaurant widget into the editor. In the Content Editor that pops up, select build your own menu, and build it. If you drag and drop the menu item into your editor and are unable to see this menu, simply click "Restaurant menu" in the top left.

  3. Upload a CSV of your menu. Simply follow the previous steps outlined in step 2, and select "Upload from CSV file" instead.
